Order Processing
Each SURYAO piece is handcrafted to order in our studio.
Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for us to make your piece before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak or holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.

How much does shipping cost?
For items under $49, you will need to pay $8 for shipping.

Can I cancel or edit my order after it’s been placed?
To request an edit or cancellation, email suryaojewelry@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though we may not be able to adjust orders already in production.
I think my package is lost. What should I do?
If you believe your package is lost, contact suryaojewelry@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll assist in locating your shipment; however, SURYAO is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Please check with neighbors, your building management, or the local post office before reaching out.
Once an international package is scanned by the carrier, it is the carrier's responsibility to get the package to you. We cannot offer refunds for orders that are being cleared by customs or any product that cannot be returned to our warehouse. SURYAO cannot issue refunds for the product that is being held by the carrier.
In the event of a lost package, the carrier is responsible for locating the package for the customer. If an order is lost or appears as delivered but is not showing as such, SURYAO needs to be contacted within 30 days of your order shipping so we can file a claim on your behalf for the missing item.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
Please inspect your package at delivery. If the outer box shows signs of damage, tampering, opened seals, or resealing, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video documentation of the packaging (outer and inner) before opening.
This allows us to open a carrier investigation. Claims reported beyond this window, or without supporting documentation, cannot be considered.
